Mounsey’s

Thank goodness the wind wasn’t as crazy today as it was yesterday.  A beautiful sunny fall day on the railroad tracks was the amazing setting I had to work with.

Enjoy!

Karla

Friday morning we snuck downtown for some super urban family pics.  I’m sure I’ve said it before, but worthy of a quick note again … I love this brick wall.  There are so many posing options and it looks great in black and white as well.

Enjoy your sneak peak!

New Albums

I just got a shipment of new albums in, they are so colorful!  I have been so excited for these albums because these are not your average albums.

Baby’s

These are a combination of an album and a baby book all in one.  I know how sleep deprived you new moms are, who has time to scrapbook, never mind keep up with all of your baby moments and milestones.   This is where the “Pure Album Baby Book” comes in.  After your newborn baby session your album is ready in only 2 weeks.  You can then update your baby information, write your baby a letter, and have it all together with their photos.

Engagements

The “Pure Guest Photo Book” has images from your engagement session on one side of the page and room for your guests to sign or write quotes to you on the other side.  So when you are ninety and looking back at your engagement photos, you also get to see all the ramblings from your guests.  The best part … these books are included in all of the wedding packages when you book your wedding photos with Pure Photography.

Family, Children, Pregnancy … yes, albums for them too.  When there isn’t enough room on your walls, and you just can not part with the remaining images.

Darren & Kristy

I love high key images … which is basically white on white on white on … well more white.  This little guy was all smiles so we had plenty of time to get the gamat of mom and me, dad and me, the fam together, and yes he stole the show by himself too.

I love the faces we all make to get the children to smile.  I caught dad making his big smile face, whatever works right!!

Enjoy!

The Kyllo’s

My family and I made our annual fall trip to my husbands home town in BC.  The drive is always so amazing this time of year, and grandma stocks us with goods from her garden.  People often ask me if I’ll do pics when I’m there, so I brought my camera along.

Barb called and her excitement was so contagious, I have a feeling that is often the case with her.  Her instructions were simple, capture them as they are, at home on their acreage.

The Shillingtons

I had the privilege of photographing the Shillington family before the new addition arrives.  Little Brooke got tired of me quickly, that was until she discovered mommies shoes and handbag.  Only then was she ready to work the camera for me again.

The Trenns

This sunshine has been incredible.  It looks so amazing when it shines in the wheat field.  What a way to spend a sunny morning!

Enjoy your sneak peak!

Ryley

Oh what a cute baby girl I had the privilege photographing with her mom and dad.  There were so many cute ones, I decided to put them together in a collection I like to call my “Bold Barry” (what’s with the name you ask? … I have no idea … my favorite collection name is the “Marvelous Mildred”  don’t know why just love the name but couldn’t bring myself to name my daughter Mildred … so a print collection will have to do.  When actually printed, the Bold Barry comes in a nice black Italian frame, a fav of black and white fans.

Enjoy!

Fun Four

When Monika called me to take pics of her with her sisters and mother, I had no idea we would have so much fun.  As the session continues, I realized they are not your average pretty girls … they do hand stands, cartwheels, you name it!  I know drivers by think I am crazy packing my funky green couch all over the neighborhood, but lets face it … it looks good in the tall grass/weed patch down the road.

Lots of laughs,

Lori

The Broughs

My husbands Aunty Brenda gave me the call as her whole family was in town for the weekend.  We chose an old barn just outside of GP for these country bumpkins (… at heart).  Luckily it blocked us from the wind and thankfully it didn’t blow over…  Because it looks like it could when you see it from afar.

I love the mother/daughter and father/son pics.  Even as adults these shots are priceless.

Big Hugs!
